Local Sources of Reliable Nutrition Information:

Registered Licensed Dietitians have bachelors and/or masters degrees in dietetics or nutrition and can answer any nutrition questions you may have. Contact Cindy Kassel, RD, at Palo Alto County Hopital to set up an appointment at 712.852.5425.

Iowa State Extension Service has a professional home economist on staff who is has a background in nutrition. Contact your county extension service to speak to their home economist.
