Money Matters is a service of Palo Alto County Hospital which can assist you with any type of medical billing and insurance questions. Trained business personnel can answer questions on Medicare coverage plans, questions with medical bills whether they are from Palo Alto County Hospital or another medical provider, and questions on insurance payments for medical bills. Please make an appointment by calling the business office at 712.852.5500. On your appointed day, please bring with you all paperwork that relates to your questions.
