Modified Recipe (Using ½ the dressing)
1/2 (3 oz.) package ramen noodles, crushed 190 cal, 7 gm fat
1/3 c. sliced almonds 272 cal, 24 gm fat
1 (16 oz.) package shredded coleslaw mix free
¼ c. white sugar 194 cal, 0 gm fat
¼ c. vegetable oil 486 cal, 55 gm fat
¼ c. cider vinegar 0 cal, 0 gm fat
½ T. lite soy sauce 4 cal, neglible fat
Total 1146 cal, 86 gm fat (divide by 12 servings=96 cal, 7 gm fat/serving
Note: I use only 1/3 of the dressing, no ramen noodles and 2 T. almonds which comes to 47 cal, 4 gm fat per serving.
