PACHS Mission is “to promote the well being of people while serving with compassion, respect, excellence and stewardship”. To do this we provide a continuum of care between hospital, long-term care, community health services, physician clinics, and congregate living in Palo Alto County. But PACHS is more than that. It is not only where over 200 employees and volunteers work to provide quality patient care, but also where they spend almost as much time as they do at home with their families and friends. PACHS is more than an institution; it is living and breathing in each employee.
We expect excellence in each other, and you our customers, should hold us accountable for quality care and excellence as well. Our hope is that your experience with PACHS will be a positive one. If you do not experience “excellence” please let us know so that we can assess and make changes. Over the years there have been many changes in health care, but one thing remains the same, the quality of care delivered at PACHS.
